Great information
The positive of this app is that it has a lot of great material for a beginning triathlete. As a beginner I struggled with finding a good app that provides a training schedule, which this applications does. My wish for the application would be to build a dynamic schedule based on: 1. rest days (in the app it is dictated as Wednesday and Friday) 2. Ability to mark off completed workouts (when you open you would know that you completed week X) I will be utilizing this to augment my training.
